I started my professional career with Procter & Gamble in Customer Business Development.
After a number of years, I moved into the non-profit sector where I have since enjoyed leadership positions in Common Purpose, UpRising, LFC Foundation, and now Knowsley Youth Mutual. I also enjoyed three years in major project management at the BBC.

I am a qualified yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga
