Vokenel Enterprises Limited

Vokenel Enterprises was founded in 2018. It processes baobab fruit powder, baobab oil and is currently developing a baobab husk planting medium from its processing waste. It sources baobab fruits from at least 1,000 farmers in the semi-arid Makueni county in Kenya, which acts as an incentive for farmers to conserve the indigenous baobab trees. It ventured into the baobab value chain to capitalize on the growing global demand for healthy natural ingredients and cosmetic oils.
