Universal Bio Mining

UBM develops novel biological processes to improve gold and copper mining efficiency by enabling the processing of ore that is treated as waste. Its lead product recovers gold from tailings at mines with contaminated mineralogy and converts uneconomic gold deposits into valuable properties. For the copper industry, UBM's technology will enable the extraction of the metal from low-grade ore. These technologies will reduce carbon dioxide emissions by billions of tonnes per year and will reduce the mining required to produce these metals.
