Proventus

Proventus is a private company based in Sweden. It was founded in 1969 and invests internationally in companies in change. Through Proventus Capital Partners, a €3 billion credit investment company investing Proventus's own as well as external funds, it provides funding for mid-sized European companies in need of capital for growth and restructuring and invests in corporate bonds. It has a number of active equity holdings and is engaged in the arts through numerous cultural institutions and foundations.
