China International Capital Corporation (CICC) is a strategic partnership among Chinese and international financial institutions and corporations established in 1995. It is the first joint venture investment bank in China, has a registered capital of $125 million, is headquartered in Beijing and has offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen.
