The International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement (ICHOM) is a value-based healthcare (VBHC) non-profit industry catalyst whose aim is to facilitate the global healthcare industry's transition to VBHC. The consortium believes that the key starting point to achieve VBHC is to define and measure the outcomes that matter most to patients. Through the generation of patient-centred outcomes data, it is possible to reshape and rebuild healthcare systems that deliver the best possible outcomes at the lowest possible cost.
