Grupo VerdeAzul's main activities are real estate, hospitality, logistics and capital market investments. It acts as sole investors and owner of the Buenaventura Development Corporation, Bristol Hospitality Group and PTL Trucking. It actively participates in steering committees but delegates management in other assets. It is a board of director member and outsources the development or operation of the asset to a third party, usually a co-investor.
