Elves

Elves is a chat-based concierge service for consumers. Simple to use, it has only one contact – an elf. With Elves, consumers can do anything, including book flights or have groceries delivered. Elves is focused on the Middle East and North Africa region. Via chat through its apps or on Messenger, users can chat with an elf that will do or buy anything (legal) the user wants. Behind the scenes, Elves uses economical human intelligence in Egypt to passively train smart bots, create decision trees, and build a repository of concierge-like use cases and scenarios, making these interactions increasingly automated and scalable.
