An organization which is part of the US Farm Credit System and which provides financial services to agricultural cooperatives, rural utility systems, Farm Credit associations and other eligible entities. It also finances agricultural exports and provides international banking services for the benefit of US farmer-owned cooperatives and American agriculture. It aims to become the premier financial services institution for rural America.
