Center for Citizenship Education (Centrum Edukacji Obywatelskiej)

The Center for Citizenship Education (Centrum Edukacji Obywatelskiej) is the biggest non-governmental foundation working in Poland for school reform. CCE introduces innovative civic education curricula, overcomes traditional divisions between school and the outside world, enables the involvement of young people in public affairs, helps local governments to develop educational policy with the participation of parents, students and employers, and applies quality assurance and accountability principles to education.
