Shifting geopolitical sands: competition, cooperation or conflict?
The COVID-19 crisis struck an unsettled world in which competitive instincts were overtaking cooperative mindsets. Through deliberation of four working groups, the council will deliver analysis for the Forum’s digital properties and summits and offer intellectual support to the Forum’s work promoting global cooperation and revitalizing the multilateral system.
