Ms. Dabla-Norris is a Division Chief in the IMF’s Fiscal Affairs Department. She is currently working on issues pertaining to structural reforms and productivity, income inequality, fiscal risks and spillovers, and demographics and the macroeconomy. Since joining the IMF she has worked on a range of advanced, emerging market, and low-income countries and has published extensively in academic and policy journals on a variety of topics. Ms. Dabla-Norris has a M.A. in economics from the Delhi School of Economic and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
