Founding member of the Alibaba Partnership. From Sept 2005 to Aug 2007, served as chief financial officer of Shanda Interactive Entertainment. From 2002 to 2005, served as a senior manager of PwC Audit and Business Advisory Division in Shanghai. Co-chair of the board of Consumer Goods Forum and co-chair of the China board of the Consumer Goods Forum.
