Amir Guluzade is the Chief Operating Officer at Private Wealth Institute. He is focusing on exploring various aspects of collaboration between public and private sectors, as well as leading research on the nature of wealth in emerging markets. Prior to dedicating himself to PWI he worked on high profile privatization deals in transitional markets. Subsequently, he moved to Shenzhen, the heart of China’s transformation from a state-led to an entrepreneurial economy, to further his insight in the role of the state in facilitating development and growth in collaboration with Peking University.
