Nicki Allitt

Head of Strategic Communications & Coordination; Member, Executive Committee, World Economic Forum

Nicki Allitt is a Member of the Executive Committee and heads Strategic Communications at the Forum and is responsible for the overall communication strategy, as well as communications partnering and planning with the ten thematic Centres, leadership communications, brand and reputation, social media and website, plus metrics and analytics.

Prior to joining the Forum, Nicki was Chief Communications Officer at ISS – a leading workplace experience and facility management company, employing 350,000+ people globally. Previously, she served as Global Head of Communications for 11 years at Syngenta Group in Switzerland and prior to that, she has also held global communication roles at Shell International in the Netherlands, Jumeirah Group in the United Arab Emirates, and the Seven Television Network in Australia. Nicki has lived and worked in 6 different countries.

Nicki holds a Bachelor of Arts and Commerce with a double major in Criminal Justice and Politics from Griffith University, Australia. She has also studied Journalism through the National Council for the Training of Journalists, United Kingdom, and holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching, United Kingdom. Recently, she completed the Executive Women in Leadership programme at Cornell University, USA.
