Neelima Dwivedi is Vice President – Public Policy, Government Affairs & Sustainability and part of Executive Committee (Ex Com) of PepsiCo India Region.
Neelima is driving a comprehensive strategy on public policy and government affairs initiatives & sustainability agenda of PepsiCo India.
Prior to joining PepsiCo, Neelima was with MSD Pharmaceuticals where she was the Senior Director - Corporate Affairs, and, part of the country leadership team. Prior to that, she has worked in various industries including pharmaceuticals & healthcare, agriculture, & biotechnology. She also was a Steering Committee member of the Planning Commission for the XIIth Five Year Plan on Agriculture Extension.
Neelima has over 20 years of experience in the field of corporate affairs, government affairs, corporate social responsibility, media relations, and business development. She has played an instrumental role in developing government affairs strategies and specializes in policy advocacy, reputation management and public private partnerships across various companies.
