Natalie Pierce is the Head of the Global Shapers Community. Prior to this, she led programming for the World Economic Forum's Foundations, including the Global Shapers Community and Forum of Young Global Leaders. Both are scalable solutions for organizing and mobilizing the full potential of young people.
Natalie joined the World Economic Forum in March 2016 – contributing her expertise to several initiatives including community-building, programme development, impact evaluation and strategic communications. Natalie is passionate about participatory design and facilitation, and uses her skill set to inspire, empower and connect community leaders to create positive social change locally and globally. Before this, Natalie worked at the United Nations Office of Geneva in the Office of the Director-General and Teach for Canada. Natalie holds an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario.
