怎样才能实现男女财富公平？
性别财富公平是指，在职业生涯开始时工作角色、技能和薪酬相当的男性和女性，其职业生涯结束后积累到的财富也应相当。但现实是，女性能够积累到的财富往往会受到男女薪酬差距的影响。此外，家庭责任和各种生活事件（如离婚和丧偶）等也会耽搁其职业发展，因此最终的结果是女性往往累积的财富比男性要少。
