Maha AlQattan is DP World’s Group Chief Sustainability Officer. In this leadership role, she is preparing DP World for a radical shift in how business, and logistics in particular, addresses the great challenges of climate change, education, and social inequality.
Maha is committed to ensuring that the business operates in a responsible manner, prioritising sustainability and the impact on the people and communities where DP World operates. She is empowering more than 106,000 DP World employees in 78 countries across six continents to build a smart, sustainable future.
Maha joined DP World as Group Chief People Officer in early 2017. This role has influenced her sustainability remit - underlining her commitment to delivering women’s education and employment initiatives.
Maha is an Executive Board Member of DP World UAE region and Hindustan Ports Private Limited. She also serves as a Non-Executive Board Member for Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), SHUAA Capital, and the Board of Trustees for Universite Pantheon Assas.
She has a Master's degree in Industrial and Labour Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
