Lori Bailey is the Head of Global Cyber & Technology (GCT) at AXIS and has more than 25 years of experience in cyber liability and specialty insurance across both underwriting and broking.

In her current role, Lori is responsible for shaping the AXIS GCT strategy, driving growth and profitability across the global platform, further enhancing distribution and customer relationships, and developing the team’s capabilities and reputation as a high-performing specialist market. Before joining AXIS in June 2023, Lori was the Chief Insurance Officer at Corvus Insurance where she developed the risk capital strategy and led the capital procurement and risk and insurance functions for the company. Prior to joining Corvus, Lori was Global Head of Cyber Risk at Zurich Insurance and held leadership roles at both AIG and Marsh.

Lori is an active member of the global insurance community and a board member of Cyber AcuView. She has served on industry working groups including with the World Economic Forum, Pan-European Insurance Forum, and Institute for International Finance.

Lori is a graduate of Dickinson College where she holds a B.A. in Economics and Spanish. She also holds an M.A. from Villanova University.
