Katja Iversen is an inspirational speaker, moderator, executive advisor, author, board member and current CEO of the Museum for the United Nations - UN Live. She is an advisor to Women Political Leaders, 4LifeSolutions, Kings College Institute for Women’s Leadership, Goal Goals World Cup, Global Health 50/50 and the Value AI Institute.
Ms. Iversen, who is Danish, has a background as a leader in civil society, the United Nations, and as a cross-cultural leadership trainer for Fortune 500 executives. She has been a member of Prime Minister Trudeau’s and President Macron’s G7 Gender Equality Councils, an advisor to WEF, the Clinton Global Initiative, the MIT Solve Challenge, and the President of Women Deliver among many other things. She has moderated debates at Harvard, in Davos, at the UN, the World Bank and on TV etc.
Katja was one of the original members of 100Women@Davos, was named Dane of the Year in 2018, Woman of the Decade in 2022 and is also a Copenhagen Goodwill Ambassador.
In 2018, her book on Networking came out. In 2025 she received the LeadHer legacy award.
