Ms. Cieplak provides broad-based corporate counsel to financial institutions, infrastructure providers, start-ups, and newly created consortiums. Her practice largely focuses on arrangements between commercial users of technology, such as large financial institutions, and technology providers — both in licensing and services arrangements, as well as in collaborative relationships between technology users and technology providers, including investment and governance arrangements. Ms. Cieplak also offers clients in-depth experience handling collaborative arrangements between IP creators and users.
