Jaskiran (she/her), holds dual Master's degrees in Green Management, Energy, and CSR (MaGER) from Bocconi University, Milan, and in Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore. With over a decade of experience, she excels in strategic interventions for agro-commodity production and trade, notably with CottonConnect and IDH. As the current Lead, Regenerative and Climate Adaptive projects she works on the finance and soil matters track of the 100 Million Farmers Initiative.
Earlier, Jaskiran has played a pivotal role in launching the Food Innovation Hub in India. Her extensive experience includes key roles in multi-stakeholder initiatives, most recently as Director, South Asia for the Organic Cotton Accelerator. She is passionate about empowering start-ups and has a proven record in establishing organizations and initiatives from the ground up.
