As Head of Corporate Strategy, Sustainability and Innovation, Elfali is responsible for developing and implementing OCP group’s sustainability and commitment to net zero by 2040. His team works with OCP Group’s individual business units to fully integrate sustainability and innovation into the Group’s strategy. This includes responsibility for the development of Green Ammonia and Green Hydrogen projects and continuing to strengthen OCP’s outreach plan to help farmers implement sustainable practices.
