David Klenert is an economist at the European Commission. Previous to this he worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the Mercator Research Institute on Global Commons and Climate Change. He holds a PhD in Economics from the Technical University Berlin and an MSc in Physics from the ETH Zurich.
