I am an entrepreneur and technology leader with a Ph.D. and MSc in Chemical Engineering from Hamburg University of Technology. My career has focused on building and leading high-performing teams in product strategy, software development, and business development, with a strong emphasis on innovation.
Currently, as Chief Product & Technology Officer at Akselos, I drive the integration of product strategy with cutting-edge technological innovation, particularly in developing advanced Structural Performance Management (SPM) solutions to enhance operational efficiency and asset integrity. My previous roles include Deputy Chief Technology & Innovation Officer at Lloyd's Register, where I oversaw product development, data analytics, and IT infrastructure, and leadership in product strategy at Aspen Technology. Earlier, I co-founded SolidSim Engineering GmbH, which was later acquired by Aspen Technology.
I am proud of my contributions to engineering and technology, especially in simulation technology and data-driven solutions for asset management. I am passionate about continuous learning and solving complex engineering challenges to promote sustainable and efficient energy practices.
