Cindy Helfer is an Engagement Manager at Pegasys Strategy and Development, an advisory group focusing on development impact in emerging economies. She works on a variety of projects relating to socio-economic development in Africa, migration, transnational cooperation and water management. Prior to joining Pegasys, Cindy worked in the fields of peace-building, mediation and human rights. Throughout her career, Cindy has focused on issues affecting the African continent. Cindy holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva).
