Bhakti Vithalani

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, BigSpring

Bhakti Vithalani is the Founder and CEO of RepsⓇ (previously BigSpring) the Enterprise AI platform for Execution Readiness. In an era where work is a collaboration between humans and AI, RepsⓇ provides the visibility companies need to build, measure, and scale performance - before outcomes are on the line. Not through static tests or post-hoc metrics, but through preparation that reveals what works and turns proven insights into collective intelligence that people and AI can learn from continuously.
Global enterprises including Google Cloud, Accenture, Tata, and HSBC use RepsⓇ to accelerate go-to-market execution, support AI adoption through fluency, and align large, distributed teams and partner ecosystems. RepsⓇ, formerly BigSpring, has been recognized as a Global Innovator by the World Economic Forum. Backers include John Chambers, former executive chairman and CEO of Cisco Systems, Adam Grant, organizational psychologist and professor at the Wharton School, and Morgan Stanley.
Bhakti’s conviction comes from two worlds. She grew up in Mumbai, a city of extremes where wealth and scarcity exist side by side, making “What’s the path forward?” a daily question. Later, as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, she saw a recurring failure mode across industries: strong strategies broke down into “spray and pray” execution because readiness was invisible. RepsⓇ was built to close that gap, making execution readiness visible, measurable, and improvable in an AI-accelerated world.
Bhakti began her career in Silicon Valley as a software engineer at Siebel Systems before joining McKinsey & Company, where she led engagements across the High Tech and Corporate Finance practices. She studied Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University and earned her MBA from The Wharton School as a Joseph Wharton Fellow. She also serves on the Board of Governors of JA Worldwide, a global NGO nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.
