Ayumi Moore Aoki

Founder and CEO, Women in Technology

Ayumi Moore Aoki is a tech diplomat, social entrepreneur, and the Founder and CEO of Women in Tech® Global, the world’s leading organization for women’s empowerment in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics). She is also the Founder and CEO of the Tech Diplomacy Forum. Currently, Ayumi is a Doctoral Candidate at the Ecole des Ponts Business School.

Her professional journey spans multiple continents, having grown up in Brazil in a multicultural family, studied in South Africa, and lived and worked internationally before settling in France. Ayumi’s career is defined by her commitment to bridging the gender gap in technology and empowering women globally
