Yie-Hsin Hung is President and CEO of State Street Global Advisors, which provides disciplined investment exposures and tailored solutions to many of the world's largest and most sophisticated institutions. Yie-Hsin is also a member of the Executive Committee and co-head of Strategy Oversight for State Street Corporation.
Prior to joining SSGA, Yie-Hsin was CEO of New York Life Investment Management. During her tenure at the firm, Yie-Hsin led a nearly four-fold increase in assets under management. Prior to that, she held leadership positions at Bridgewater Associates and Morgan Stanley.
In 2024, Yie-Hsin was featured on Barron’s list of the 100 Most Influential Women in US Finance and American Banker’s 25 Most Powerful Women in Finance. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Northwestern University and Vice Chair of the Investment Company Institute.
Yie-Hsin earned her MBA from Harvard University and a BS in engineering from Northwestern University.
