Guanchun Wang is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Laiye, a leading provider of intelligent automation solutions that integrate robotic process automation (RPA), conversational AI, and intelligent document processing. Prior to founding Laiye, Wang held senior positions at Baidu, where he led the DuerOS project and other intelligent interaction initiatives. He also co-founded the startup Jinwankansha and gained experience in venture capital and consulting through roles at Lightspeed China Partners, Goldman Sachs, and McKinsey & Company. Wang earned his Ph.D. in Machine Learning from Princeton University, focusing on probabilistic judgment aggregation, and holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Recognized for his contributions to AI and enterprise automation, Wang continues to drive Laiye's mission to redefine the future of work through innovative technology solutions.
