Walid Abdulrazzag D. Bindawood is the Chief Commercial Officer at BinDawood Holding, one of Saudi Arabia's leading retailers. Over the course of his 10+ year career with the company, Waleed has held various key roles, including Head of Human Resources, Chief Operating Officer, and Secretary of the Board. As Head of HR from 2017 to 2019, he successfully restructured the department, attracting and developing top talent for BinDawood's extensive operations, which span supermarkets, hypermarkets, and department stores. Waleed also led the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to support the company’s growth and expansion goals. In 2019, he was appointed Chief Commercial Officer, where he oversees the company’s commercial strategy, driving its mission to become the Kingdom’s preferred employer and retail destination.
