In 2012, compelled by the growing number of out-of-school children in Nigeria, he founded Slum2School Africa, a leading volunteer-driven developmental organization.

Since its inception, Slum2School has provided educational scholarships and development support to over 685,450 children across 950 communities, mobilizing over 45,400 volunteers from 62 countries. Under his leadership, the organization has built early childhood development centers, e-libraries, STEM and Innovation Labs, health centers, and adopted several public schools, creating transformative opportunities for underserved children.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Orondaam led the design and launch of Africa’s first Virtual Learning Studio, enabling thousands of children in remote communities to continue learning through digital platforms.
In 2024, Orondaam expanded his passion for memory preservation and storytelling by founding Inked Memory, a storytech company dedicated to helping individuals, families, and institutions preserve their stories, legacies, and histories for future generations. Through personalized journals, memoirs, digital storytelling, and immersive experiences, Inked Memory is reshaping how stories are told and remembered across time.
