Matías Bianchi is the founder and director of ADS Global, a think tank focused on political innovations for improving democracies and governance in the Global South.

He has worked for the Latin American Program of the Woodrow Wilson Center, the UNDP, the Government of Argentina and the Development Center of the OECD and also led the Instituto Federal de Gobierno.
He is also a consultant to organizations such as the Organization of American States, the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF) and the InterAmerican Development Bank.
He lectures at the University of Arizona (USA) and at Ditella (Argentina).
His areas of interest include the politics of digital transformations, democracy and democratization, collaborative governance and political inclusion.
