Huishu is a global strategic risk management, compliance, sustainability, climate and development finance leader with 20+ years’ experience in multilateral financial institutions. She is the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at the Green Climate Fund, the largest multilateral climate fund serving developing countries. Huishu is a member of GCF's Corporate Committees. Before GCF, she advised the board, senior management, and partners on business and reputational risks and invested in development finance projects at the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group. Huishu holds a Master of Arts degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and started her career in legal and management consulting in China and the US.
