Felipe Vallejo Dabdoub is the Mexico CEO and Global Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Bitso, Latin America's largest cryptocurrency exchange. Felipe leads the company's Corporate Affair efforts as well as its most important market: Mexico. In the past he has supervised the Risk, Compliance and Cybersecurity departments of Bitso. In April 2024, Felipe was re-elected for a second term as the President of Mexican Fintech Association.
He is also the co-founder and board member of Mexico's Blockchain Association and had an active participation in the creation of the Fintech Law in Mexico. He also leads the Tech group at the Consejo Coordinador Empresarial (CCE), the most important business chamber in Mexico.
Before joining Bitso, Felipe served as advisor to the North America Coordination at ProMéxico in Washington D.C. and was Coordinator of International Affairs for the Executive Office of the Government of Nuevo León.
Felipe has a degree in Economics from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Monterrey Campus and a Law Degree from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León. He has a Master's degree in Public Policy from Harvard University, where he was Executive Director of the Latin American Policy Journal.
