Eugene Soltes is the McLean Family Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and the Founder/CEO of Integrity Lab. His expertise lies in the use of quantitative methods to analyze organizational culture and conduct. He is author of Why They Do It: Inside the Mind of the White-Collar Criminal and co-author of Corporate Criminal Investigations and Prosecutions. Eugene received his PhD and MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and his AM in statistics and AB in economics from Harvard University.
