Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Fiker Institute

Dubai Abulhoul is the founder of Fiker Institute, an international affairs think tank based in Dubai. Fiker Institute's areas of research focus include, but are not limited to, global governance reform, diplomacy, climate security, culture, and the future of multilateralism.

Dubai’s policy work has been recognized by key platforms globally including the Rome Med Dialogues and the World Economic Forum. She was invited by French President Emmanuel Macron to share a stage with him at the Paris Peace Forum and to openly debate universalism during the Russia-Ukraine war, alongside the President of Argentina and the Prime Minister of Albania. She serves as a member on several boards, including the World Economic Forum’s Global Council on the Future of Geopolitics, University of Birmingham Dubai, and the COP28 President’s Advisory Board. She is also a Jury member of the Zayed Sustainability Prize.

After setting up Fiker Institute's research programs and curating its policy agenda, Dubai launched the Institute’s Politics Library, currently located at Alserkal Avenue in Dubai, as part of the think tank’s expansion plan. It houses a collection of over 15,000 books on foreign policy, global politics, and international development.

As a Rhodes Scholar, Dubai graduated from the University of Oxford with a Master’s degree in Diplomacy & Global Governance, where she specialized in the management of diplomatic crises, international law, and soft power.

Additionally, she currently serves as a Trustee of the Emirates Literature Foundation, which is chaired by HH Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum. In 2024, she was recognized in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
