Domingo Mirón

Chief Risk Officer, Accenture

Domingo Mirón is Accenture’s chief risk officer. He is also the market unit lead of Accenture in Iberia, which consists of Spain, Portugal and Israel. He is a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee.

Prior to taking this role in March 2020, Domingo was Accenture’s group chief executive of Financial Services, which served the banking, capital markets and insurance industries. Before this, he was group operating officer for Financial Services, responsible for executing the business strategy and driving operational excellence across the organization.

He previously led Accenture's Financial Services business in Iberia from 2014 to 2016. He was Accenture’s senior managing director – Financial Services, Growth & Strategy from 2011 to 2014. From 2009 to 2011, he led Accenture's banking business in Europe, Africa and Latin America.

Throughout his career, he has led major projects spanning internationalization, process-improvement and operating-model design for both Spanish and international banking and insurance clients.

Domingo joined Accenture in 1989 and became a partner in 2000. He has a degree in mathematics from Complutense University of Madrid and is a graduate of the Management Development Program at IESE Business School (University of Navarra).
