Ekta Roongta is the Joint Chief of Staff, working with Dr. Anish Shah – Managing Director & CEO, Mahindra Group. She is responsible for supporting Dr. Shah in terms of all external engagements, lead all external relationships and work closely for all activities that require Dr. Anish Shah’s presence or coordination across the Group companies. Before this she has worked in the strategy space across Mahindra Group Strategy Office and Boston Consulting Group. In her strategy roles, she has predominantly been focused on the Financial Services and Consumer Goods industries and worked across multiple prominent clients globally. She is a Chartered Accountant and has also completed her MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. She is passionate about food, trying new restaurants and cuisines is her passion and enjoys playing games in her free time.
