Christof Rühl is the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority’s (ADIA) first Global Head of Research. He is responsible for establishing and leading a new global research team to support the fund’s decisions. Previously, Christof served as Chief Economist of BP, Lead Economist at the World Bank, and economics Professor at UCLA. His is specialised in macroeconomics and energy. He currently also is a Visiting Professor at UCL (Australia) and a board member of Halyk Bank (Kazakhstan).
