Ashish Rajvanshi is the Head of Adani Defence & Aerospace and spearheads the Group’s mission of playing an instrumental role in helping transform India into a destination for world class high-tech defence manufacturing, aligned to Make in India initiative.

Ashish is passionate to setup an ecosystem of indigenous capabilities in defence and aerospace within the country, nurture the MSMEs through inclusive growth, and create a vibrant skill base to help India become self-reliant in its defence and security requirements. Growth in the business isn't about just the topline and bottomline; growth is about the real impact it can create. It's about the lives it can touch, the communities it can nourish, and the future it can inspire.

Ashish is the member of Adani’s Group Executive Council and also heads the Chairman's Office. Ashish is the Chairman of National Council on Defence & Aerospace at ASSOCHAM, and is a Board member working with reputed Defence MSMEs in India. Ashish is also a Board member for Adani Wilmar Limited, a USD 4 billion fast moving consumer goods company in India.

Prior to joining Adani Group, Ashish led the energy and technology agenda for the global management consulting firm, Booz Allen Hamilton based in London, UK. One of the founding members, Ashish was instrumental in setting up Booz's operations in India.

On the academic front, Ashish has a Computer Science Engineering degree from the Delhi University and an MBA in Strategy & Finance from IIM Ahmedabad, India. Ashish was named amongst the Top 40 under 40 leaders in India by the Economic Times and Spencer Stuart in 2016.
