January 2015, President and Chief Executive Officer, Gucci. From 2015 to 2018, the company increased its staff from 11,000 to 19,000 employees and its revenues from €3.898 to €8.285 billion. 2019, led Gucci to become fully carbon neutral within its own operations and across the supply chain, a unique achievement in the luxury industry that immediately set the tone for others; the September 2019 fashion show was awarded ISO 20121 certification. Recipient, honours and awards, including: Legion of Honour (2017); named Business Leader of the Year at the British Fashion Awards held by the British Fashion Council (2016, 2017 and 2018).
