Drawing on nearly 60 interviews with leaders, the report shows that the resilience strategies relating to worker health are inadequate. It calls for a shift in corporate strategy and risk assessment, embedding health alongside environmental and financial metrics. While momentum has been building, there is a need to progress from innovative pilots to coordinated, scaled investments, which will be possible only through joint and collaborative leadership across companies, industries, governments and civil society.
