The paper identifies four emerging value pillars – discovery acceleration, precision diagnostics, operational optimization and trusted data infrastructure – and maps readiness across creators, deliverers and system enablers.
Drawing on case studies from Moderna, Merck, Mayo Clinic, Wellcome Leap’s Q4Bio programme and others, it illustrates how leading institutions are already piloting quantum solutions to improve R&D, enhance diagnostics and protect data infrastructure.
