グラミー賞受賞アーティストからユニコーン企業創業者まで。2025年度ヤング・グローバル・リーダーズ選出

  • 世界経済フォーラムは、2025年のヤング・グローバル・リーダーズ（YGLs）の新規メンバー116名を選出、発表しました。YGLsは、変化する世界においてリーダーシップのあり方を再定義する、40歳未満の優れた個人たちです。

  • 2025年の選出者は、国家元首からチェスのグランドマスター、ユニコーン企業の創業者、受賞歴のあるミュージシャンまで、多様な業界や分野で活躍し、50カ国近くを代表しています。

  • 選出されたYGLsは、国家元首、ノーベル賞受賞者、フォーチュン500企業のCEOなど、1,400人のメンバーで構成される影響力あるコミュニティ、「ヤング・グローバル・リーダーズ・フォーラム」の一員となります。

  • 日本からは、草野絵美氏（マルチディシプナリー・アーティスト、フィクショネラ代表取締役）、米良はるか氏（レディーフォー創業者兼代表取締役）、佐野尚志氏（三菱UFJイノベーション・パートナーズ戦略投資部長）、坂野晶氏（一般社団法人ゼロ・ウェイスト・ジャパン創業者兼代表理事）が選出。

2025年4月15日、スイス、ジュネーブ - 世界経済フォーラムは、世界中の産業を牽引し、進歩を促す116名の優れた人材からなる2025年ヤング・グローバル・リーダーズ（YGLs）を選出、発表しました。この多様性あふれるグループは、各国政府、ビジネス、市民社会、アカデミア、メディア、アートなど各分野からリーダーたちが集まり、それぞれの分野やコミュニティ、さらにその先で永続的かつポジティブな影響をもたらすという共通のコミットメントで結ばれています。

20年以上にわたり、YGLコミュニティは、世界をよりよいものにしようと尽力する若いリーダーたちを支援してきました。AIや画期的なテクノロジー、新しいリーダーシップのアプローチやイノベーションを通じて変革を先導するメンバーとともに、拡大を続けるこのグローバルなネットワークは常に、集団行動とイノベーションの力を示しています。

「これらの卓越したリーダーたちが、自らの分野の限界を押し広げ、未来を形作る活動を続けることで、他の人々にも変化を受け入れ、進歩を加速させるよう促すでしょう」と、ヤング・グローバル・リーダーズ・フォーラム財団理事長のニコル・シュワブは述べています。

ヤング・グローバル・リーダーズ・フォーラム部門長のイダ・ジェング・クリステンセンは「世界の喫緊の課題に取り組むために、新しいリーダーシップが必要です。2025年の選出者は、YGLコミュニティの中心となるリーダーシップ、革新、コラボレーションの未来を体現しています」と述べました。

2004年の発足以来、ヤング・グローバル・リーダーズ・フォーラムは、120カ国以上から1,400人以上の会員と卒業生が参加する活気あるネットワークへと成長しました。その先進的なリーダーシップは、有意義かつ持続的な変化を生み出すために不可欠です。

2025年の選出者たちは、3年間にわたる包括的なリーダーシップ開発プログラムを通じて、一流大学のエグゼクティブ教育に参加し、洞察力、事実、そして変化の激しい世界を生き抜くためのネットワークを身につけます。また、志を同じくする仲間たちと官民のイニシアチブで協力し、各自のプロジェクトを加速させ、世界が直面する最も差し迫った課題のいくつかに対する実践的な解決策を共同で推進することが期待されています。

このようなリーダーシップを体現するYGLコミュニティのメンバーは、AI、都市イノベーション、バイオメディシンなどの分野において変革的な貢献を果たしています。また、公衆衛生や経済開発における画期的な取り組み、テクノロジーや持続可能性の分野における先駆的な活動を通じて、社会全体に持続的なインパクトをもたらしています。
