Bing Chomprasob is the Deputy Head for Regional Agenda, Asia Pacific at the World Economic Forum. He directs and manages the Forum’s relationships with Governments and Public Institutions in Asia Pacific and is responsible for curating and shaping the regional agenda including in ASEAN. His previous responsibilities at the World Economic Forum includes leading global education and skills initiatives in the Centre for New Economy and Society.
Prior to joining the World Economic Forum, Bing worked with various international development organisations including USAID, Alliance to End Plastic Waste, and the JPMorgan Chase Foundation where he focused on developing public-private partnerships on global issues ranging from education and workforce development to sustainable development and the circular economy.
Bing holds a Master of Science degree in Urbanisation and Development from the London School of Economics and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and International Studies from the University of California, Irvine.
