Motivated by his visually impaired father, Gabriel Marcolongo transitioned from a successful corporate career to become a leading social entrepreneur focused on inclusive employment in Latin America. He founded Incluyeme.com, the region’s largest platform promoting labor inclusion for people with disabilities, connecting over 240,000 registered users with 700+ corporate partners, including Accenture, IBM, Walmart, Disney, McKinsey, and PwC. To date, his work has directly led to more than 4,000 people with disabilities finding meaningful employment.
Gabriel advises governments and international development agencies on disability-inclusive employment policy and serves on the board of several non-profit organizations. A recognized voice in global inclusion, he is committed to leveraging innovation and cross-sector partnerships to address systemic inequality.
With a deep interest in Asia–Latin America relations, Gabriel is currently focused on building sustainable business bridges between China and Argentina, fostering inclusive trade and social impact innovation between both regions.
A passionate traveler and endurance athlete, Gabriel has visited over 80 countries and completed a 120 km ultramarathon across the Andes Mountains.
