Fatima-Zahra is a psychologist, poet, and narrative architect working at the intersection of systems thinking, knowledge design, and social transformation. She weaves together a decade of experience in systems mapping, program design, and conversational leadership to create frameworks and spaces that challenge assumptions and catalyze strategic, informed action.
She co-leads the Future50 Initiative, serves on the Lancet-LSHTM Commission on the Emotional Determinants of Health, and has previously co-founded a mental health social enterprise whose programs and curricula impacted 7 million students in Morocco. She additionally Co-Chaired the Expert Committee at Orygen Global and served on the boards of various organizations.
A sought-after speaker, she has addressed audiences at the UK Parliament, TEDx, the Forum’s Annual Meeting in Davos, and the IAYMH Conference, among others.
