Chairs the Technology and Capabilities Committee on McKinsey’s Board, overseeing the strategy to tech-enable and innovate the Firm – re-inventing how to serve clients and work internally, leveraging analytics and new technologies. Co-leads McKinsey Accelerate, created to help clients accelerate and sustain transformational impact through leadership alignment, execution support, capability building, and leadership development (with more than 1,000 practitioners and a distinctive set of assets and digital learning programs). Previously led and built McKinsey New Ventures for 3 years (created to incubate new analytic and digital assets, innovative client offers and an alliances and partnership team), and built McKinsey’s Americas Industrial and Aerospace & Defense practice for 6 years.
